Things to consider:
§
Is
online instruction using the Internet appropriate for the student? Will the
student need tutoring assistance or will a program without regular “real-person”
help be engaging and adequate for the student?
§
Is
their online content fully compliant with web accessibility standards? Ask if
content can be read by screen readers (visual impairments) and if font size
is adjustable on client (user) side.
§
Do
users need special software or plug-ins on their computer to allow all the
functions of the program to work? If so, is there an easy to understand help
guide to help users with little technical experience do this?
