Think about the "story"
you want to tell with your exhibit. Identify others to work with you.
- Attend a digital video
workshop to learn how to create and edit video. (Contact Cyndy
Currier for details.)
- Attend an exhibit building
workshop to learn about the exhibit builder online interface. Storyboard
your idea. Create scripts, identify media resources and assets needed.

Step 2.
DEVELOP EXHIBIT ASSETS

DEVELOP EXHIBIT ASSETS
Collect and develop any document assets you intend to use. This might
include lesson plans, rubrics, etc.
- Save assets in a central
collection location.
- Convert documents to
standard formats (.doc, .pdf, etc.)
- Create narrative text
to describe the context of your exhibit, as well as the contents of
your exhibit. You will need descriptive text to explain the purpose
of each document, video, photo, graphic.
- Gather your equipment
and shoot your video footage. Attend to lighting, sound, release forms,
voiceovers. Refer to Videography
for Educators for tips.

BUILD EXHIBIT ONLINE

Use the online exhibit builder to upload and classify the elements of
your exhibit.
- Obtain password access
from site admin team at
NHDOE.
- Upload and classify
assets according to type, choose component sections to put them in,
and add contextual text.

Step 4.
REVIEW AND SUBMIT

REVIEW AND SUBMIT
Review your work and contact site admin when ready to publish.
- Proofread, check for
accuracy, copyright, and release forms.
- Send Educator
Release Form and Superintendent Verification form, if applicable,to
site admin.
