WORDING: When
inappropriate use of the Internet is determined through due
process the result will be the cancellation of those
privileges. The system administrators will deem what is appropriate
use and their decision is final. The system
administrator may close an account at any time as required.
The administration, faculty, and staff may request the administrator
to deny, revoke or suspend specific user accounts. Any student
identified as a security risk may be denied access. Due
Process: If a school district has acknowledged
the use of the school network for educational
purposes, denial of the use of that system should only
be through due process. Therefore schools should follow the
process of: If
the school district has not identified the use of the Internet
for Educational purposes, then use of the Internet is a privilege,
not a right, and a standard disclaimer (not referring to due process)

For example, teachers will deal with plagiarism from Internet
sites on a student paper in the same manner as plagiarism from
other sources in accordance with the school district student
